This is an example of my writing ability at the beginning of the year. I had read a book called Peak which is about a boy who wants to summit Mt. Everest at the age of 14. This book tells the story of this boy and his adventure up the mountain. In this essay, I had to reflect about the book and say what I thought about it. As you can see by this essay, I was not a very good writer and I did not absorb that much out of the book I had to read. this is an example to show I improved over the course of the school year.
